My Dukan Diet Diary – Week 4
So it’s been another 7 days on the Dukan and, after last week’s disappointment caused by weight stagnation, I am happy to report that things have gone much better this week. Not only there has been an 800g weight loss (1.7 lbs), but I truly feel that my body is now completely used to the lack of carbs.
