Dukan Diet Lunch Ideas

When it comes to dieting, lunch in the office has always been one of my weakest points due to lack of time and quite often willpower too. This is why, when I first started the Dukan Diet, I was very determined to break this cycle and put together some tasty, easy-to-prepare and low fat lunches which I would be able to enjoy at my desk without feeling jealous of what my colleagues were eating. The result? Well, now it’s my colleagues who cannot take their eyes off my lunch!
